Return & Exchange Policy
Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Customer Contract Regulations 2013 which gives you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. If you are not satisfied with any aspect to our products, just return the product within 14 days and you will get the full refund. You would only need to pay the return shipping cost.
- You have the right to cancel your
order items anytime up to 14 working days after the delivery of the items
by contacting our customer services department at Hexa Support .
- The item for return must be in "as new "condition, which means the same condition as it was when it left us.
- If you fail to return the items within 14 days of your cancellation, then we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the items.
- If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the set price on the website.
- You (the customer) are responsible for paying for the return costs and must ensure that the goods are packaged well to avoid damage.
- Please ensure the parcel is returned via tracked delivery service so that we can follow the progress of your shipment and keep the tracking number in your possession.
- If it is not returned via this method and subsequently lost we will not issue a replacement.
